This 4 week class series is an invitation to move in ways that feel natural, fun, and deeply effective.
Through a mix of mobility, balance, strength training, and animal flow patterns, you’ll explore how to unlock your body’s potential—whether your goal is to feel better in daily life, support your sport (surfing, yoga, climbing, dance, etc.), or simply reconnect with your playful side.
Each session blends:

Mobility to free up your joints and improve posture.

Balance & coordination to sharpen reflexes and stability.

Strength & conditioning using bodyweight and simple tools.

Animal-inspired flows that build power, agility, and creativity.

You’ll leave not only with a good sweat, but with practical tools you can use every day - from sitting at a desk with less pain, to moving on a surfboard or yoga mat with more control, to simply feeling younger and more alive in your body.

Price: Early Bird $90 until 6 Oct / $100 after
What to bring: Comfortable clothes, water bottle, bare feet or grip socks
