    • Term 1 2026 commence Monday 2 February 2026
    • Automatically pauses during school holidays
    • Additional fees (annual enrolment fee, costume hire, concert fees, etc) are added to the first instalment of the relevant term
    • All prices include GST

Option B — Upfront Invoice

Term Invoicing Schedule

Term invoices are issued across Week 8-10 of the preceding term.

Payment is due two weeks from the invoice issue date and prior to the commencement of the new term.

A 10% late fee may be applied from the first day of the new term if payment remains outstanding.

Automatic Enrolment Continuation

Enrolments automatically continue into the following term unless written notice of withdrawal is received prior to invoice generation.

If you do not wish to continue into the next term, written notice must be provided before invoices are issued.

Mid-Term Enrolments (Pro-Rated)

Students joining mid-term will only be charged from the week they begin.
• Direct debit: instalments are adjusted to reflect the remaining weeks in the term
• Upfront invoice: fees are pro-rated to the remaining classes in the term

Annual Enrolment Fee

A $35 enrolment fee is paid annually per student.
This supports registration administration, insurance, and system access.

Children & Youth Fees

All school-aged classes (except specialty programs) are priced using a standard per-class rate internally, regardless of class length.

(Most school-aged classes run for 60 minutes; shorter or longer formats are priced consistently.)

Memberships are calculated based on how many weekly classes your dancer enrols in (e.g. 1 class/week, 2 classes/week, etc.).

Term fees are charged per term, not per week. While the number of weeks may vary slightly between school terms, pricing is kept consistent across the year to ensure simplicity, fairness, and continuity for families.

Private Lessons

  • 30-minute private lesson = $50

  • 45-minute private lesson = $75

  • 60-minute private lesson = $100

Duos & Trios Private Lessons
Students wishing to perform a Duo or Trio in our end-of-year concerts will be charged at the standard private lesson rate, with the lesson fee divided equally between participating families.

Examples:

  • 60-minute Duo lesson = $100 total ($50 per family)

  • 60-minute Trio lesson = $100 total ($33.33 per family)

  • 45-minute Duo lesson = $75 total ($37.50 per family)

  • 45-minute Trio lesson = $75 total ($25 per family)

Please note that Duo and Trio places are limited and subject to teacher availability.

Duo and Trio requests must be submitted by families who have already formed their own group. Please ensure all participating students and parents/guardians have agreed to the commitment, costs and rehearsal requirements prior to applying.

Multi-Class Discount (Per Person or Family) - excluding Specialty Programs

  • 1–3 classes per week: No discount

  • 4 classes per week: 5%

  • 5+ classes per week: 10%

Fair and Flexible Billing

Our approach is designed to support families and maintain fairness across the year:

• Fees reflect your dancer’s actual class load
• Direct debit spreads payments evenly over the term
• No billing occurs during school holidays
• Medical holds may be applied with documentation
• Memberships auto-pause outside term dates

Enrolment Commitment

Submitting an enrolment secures your dancer’s place for the term.
This supports consistency, confidence, and progress — and ensures their spot remains reserved.

Changes & Cancellations

• All changes must be emailed to our admin team
• Changes take effect from the date your email is received
• Direct debit cancellations require 14 days notice
• Upfront payments are non-refundable but may be credited for medical reasons (with a certificate)

Withdrawal Fee

  • A $15 administrative fee may apply when withdrawing from classes.

  • This covers the processing of cancellations, system adjustments, and any costume administration already completed.

  • Exceptions may be granted for medical or family emergencies.

Costume & Concert Fees

Concert participation is included for all Dance and Acrobatics students enrolled in Terms 3 and 4.

Costume Hire Fee

A costume hire fee of $35 per class will be charged in Term 3.

For example, a student enrolled in:

  • Ballet

  • Jazz

  • Contemporary

will be charged 3 × $35 = $105 in costume hire fees.

Costume hire fees are included in Term 3 billing to allow sufficient time for costumes to be sourced, ordered and prepared.

Concert Participation Fee
A concert participation fee of $75 per student will be charged in Term 4.

This fee contributes towards venue hire, rehearsal costs, production expenses and concert administration.

Photography & Video Fee
A photography and video fee of $40 per student will be charged in Term 4.

This fee includes access to professional concert photography and a digital recording of the performance.

Direct Debit Families
For families paying via Direct Debit, these additional fees will be added to the first billing cycle of the relevant term:

  • Costume Hire Fees — first billing cycle of Term 3

  • Concert Participation Fee — first billing cycle of Term 4

  • Photography & Video Fee — first billing cycle of Term 4
